宜居住宅的条件除了空间尺度和周边环境，最重要的是满足每一位使用者的生活习惯和功能。

 

本案是三层复式住宅，从规格上也能算是一幢小别墅；在设计前期，业主非常细心的把所有想要的功能要求整理了出来，放松、舒适和实用，这是他们对这个家的所有想象和憧憬。

 

In addition to the spatial scale and surrounding environment, the most important conditions of a livable house are to satisfy the living habits and functions of each user.

 

This case is a three-story duplex house, which can also be regarded as a small villain terms of space and size. In the early stage of the design, the owner carefully arranged all the required functions, relaxing, comfortable and practical. All are their imagination for a dreaming home.

一楼的空间是公共活动区和主卧，是一家人活动最频繁的区域。

 

原有处于入口右侧的厨房空间调整成储藏和衣帽间，把一家人当季常用的衣物、鞋子都放置在里面，避免频繁的上下楼；衣帽间与玄关通过两扇推拉镜门进行分隔，除了满足形象整理的功能外，还使玄关空间得到视觉上的延伸。

 

The space on the first floor is the public activity area and the master bedroom, which is the most frequent active area for the family.

 

The original kitchen space on the right side of the entrance was adjusted into astorage and cloakroom. The clothes and shoes commonly used by the family in theseason can be placed inside to avoid frequent going up and down the stairs. The cloakroom and the porch were separated by two sliding mirror doors. In addition to the function of image organization, it also visually extends the porch space.

 

 

 

在入口左侧是一个开敞明亮的学习区，涂鸦墙、书柜、玩具收纳，小孩子需要的功能一应俱全；业主在回家的第一时间也能够和在此区域玩耍学习的孩子们进行目光对视和语言交流，拉近与孩子的距离，让气氛更加亲切而温馨。

 

On the left side of the entrance is an open and bright learning area, with graffiti walls, bookcases, and toy storage. Children have all the functions they need; the owner can also immediately see and talk to the children who play and learn in this area once they go home. It helps shorten the distance with the children, and make the atmosphere more cordial and warm.

 

 

 

跨过一个黑色门洞，进入了客餐厅的空间，这是一个通透的长方形空间。餐厅是由原有的内阳台扩展出去的，边上的L型柱成为整个通透空间的障碍物，为了削弱柱子对空间的影响，采用了圆形的包裹方式。

 

Crossing a black doorway into the restaurant space, this is a transparent rectangular space. The dining room was extended from the original inner balcony. The L-shaped column on the side became an obstacle to the entire transparent space. In order to reduce the influence of the column on the space, a circular wrapping method was used.

 

 

 

 

客厅窗外原有的花台取消，把窗户也向外推移，扩张的窗台，铺上软垫便是一处舒适的休闲看书处，不仅增加了室内使用面积，还从视觉上扩大了空间的界限，而客厅也回归到最淳朴的功能—沟通，空间没有电视，目的是想让家人或者朋友，坐在一起能更加纯粹而融洽的进行沟通，通往二楼的楼梯设置在客厅的一侧，在挑高的空间里，通透的楼梯成为整个客厅的艺术焦点。

 

the original flower stand outside the living room window was canceled. The windows are also moved outwards. The expanded window sills and padded cushions are a comfortable leisure reading room, which not only increases the indoor use area, but also visually expands the boundaries ofthe space, and the living room returns to the most simple function to facilitate communication. There is no TV in the space. The purpose is to allow family or friends to sit together and communicate more purely and harmoniously. The stairs leading to the second floor are set on the side of the living room.The transparent staircase became the artistic focus of the entire living room.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

一道洁白简约的隐形门把公共活动区和主卧隔开，既保证了主卧的私密性，又使整体空间动静更加分明；主卧是一个连通书房以及卫生间的套间，灰色静谧的调性，让人有一种温暖的安全感。

 

A white and simple invisible door separates the public activity area from the master bedroom, which not only ensures the privacy of the master bedroom, but also makes the overall space more distinct. The master bedroom is a suite that connects the study and the bathroom. The gray quiet tone is a warm sense of security.

 

 

 

 

二楼的空间是住宅区，由三个卧室和一个生活功能阳台组成；生活功能阳台与公共走廊连在一起，方便全家人的使用，以保证每个房间的私密性；根据功能需求，每个房间都有不同的表现方式，展现了每位居住者的性格、喜好和生活习惯。

 

The space on the second floor is a residential area, consisting of three bedroom sand a living function balcony; the living function balcony is connected to the public corridor, which is convenient for the whole family to ensure the privacyof each room; according to the functional requirements, each The rooms have different expressions, showing the personality, preferences and living habits of each resident.

 

 

 

 

 

沿着一个U型楼梯，来到了三楼，豁然开朗。这一方天地是这栋楼的顶层，离天空最近的地方。

 

三楼是整个家的起居室，影音室、书房、钢琴、画室、还有可以种花草植物的超大休闲露台，是业主平常的生活兴趣爱好，这应该算是这个家的精神内核，是可以放飞自我的私人领地，也是心灵寄托的地方。

 

Along a U-shaped staircase, came to the third floor and suddenly became cheerful. This side of the world is the top floor of this building, closest to the sky.

 

The third floor is the living room of the whole house, the audio-visual room,study, piano, studio, and a large leisure terrace where plants and flowers canbe planted. It is the owner's hobbies. This should be regarded as the spiritual core of this home. The private territory is also where the soul rests.

 

 

 

 

这应该是“家”的魅力所在，它不单单是身体的住所，也是心灵寄托的地方。
